Projects
Below is a snapshot of select projects completed across DoD and defense health environments, reflecting the range of technical support and infrastructure work delivered across multiple contracts and mission needs.
IPPS-A Testing & Launch Support (CTS): Supported the Army’s IPPS-A rollout through structured test events (including pilot-style testing), capturing user inputs and performance data, troubleshooting issues, and documenting findings to support engineering bug fixes and a stable launch. IPPS-A (Integrated Personnel and Pay System–Army) is the Army’s enterprise platform for HR and pay.
Drive Thru COVID Testing Network Infrastructure (Federal Information Systems): Implemented external network infrastructure to enable outdoor COVID testing operations and reduce facility contamination risk, including connectivity setup supporting WHASC testing workflows.
WHASC IPTV Conversion (Lintech Global): Contributed to the conversion of facility TV systems to IPTV to improve centralized control of messaging, announcements, and content distribution across WHASC.
DHA ConOps Ongoing IT Operations (Lintech Global): Provided continuous operational support for Defense Health Agency environments through server maintenance, SCOM monitoring, and troubleshooting—part of ongoing mission support work beyond individual one-off installs.
